Paying for College
Pay online at My MHCC with a check or bank/credit card, by logging onto the Student’s Account at http://my.mhcc.edu/ics.
Mailing a check payment. Please include the remittance stub from the student eBill statement. Students should logon to their student account, print the eBill, and include the remittance stub. Be sure to use the remittance address listed on the eBill payment stub and write the Student ID Number on the memo line of the check.
Pay in person at the Student Services Center; hours of operation are posted.
Paying by Phone
To pay by phone, call the Cashier department at 503-491-7462 during posted cashier hours. Please have either the Social Security number or Student ID number available.
All payments must be US funds
Personal checks, travelers checks, cashiers checks, and money orders accepted for the amount due only. Make all checks payable to MHCC. Two-party, post-dated and altered checks will not be accepted. A $20 returned check charge is assessed on any returned check used in payment of a student's account, whether written by the student or another party.
