  • Donohue Selected as a WCL "Co-Coach of the Year"

    The 2018 All-West Coast League teams and annual awards were recently announced by WCL commissioner Rob Neyer.

    Coach of the Year honors were shared by the Kelowna Falcons’ Bryan Donohue and Justin Barchus of the Portland Pickles.  Donohue, who also coaches the Mt. Hood Saints, guided the Falcons to the post-season, capped off by an appearance in the WCLCS.

    Coach Hawley begins his second year as the head coach and his efforts have not gone unnoticed as the Saints look to return to the NWAC Championship Tournament. Coach Hawley has instilled a culture of excellence built on the core values of strong academics, outstanding citizenship, excellent basketball skills and a work ethic that is unmatched.

    Coach Jeremy Vandenboer begins his first year as the head coach of the Saints after serving as an assistant coach last season.  The Saints have had one of their strongest recruiting years ever and look to make some noise in the NWAC!

    Fernando Fantroy and Kelly Holding begin their first year as co-head coaches after serving as assistant coaches this past year.  Both Fantroy and Holding have tremendous experience and success at various levels and are excited about the future of Mt. Hood Track and Field!



    The Saints have an outstanding tradition of success on the volleyball court along with high expectations of academic success as the primary focus. Coach Lissinna is committed to helping every student-athlete reach their athletic potential and fulfill their academic dreams.


    Mt. Hood Community College is home to some of the finest facilities of any college in the NWAC and also boasts better facilities than many of the four year schools in the Northwest.

    Northwest Athletic Conference

    The Saints participate in the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC). The NWAC is the parent organization for thirty-six (36) community colleges located in Idaho, Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. The NWAC has a variety of administrative responsibilities including conference tournament management, eligibility, publications, rule enforcement and sports information.
