    Career Pathways are less than one year programs in high-demand occupations that help students advance their education and employment goals over time.

    Career pathways offer multiple entry and exit points at successively higher levels that enable students to earn a credential, gain valuable work experience, and then come back to college to advance their education and employment, leading to higher earnings.

    Career Pathways with Additional Support

    MHCC offers a variety of career pathway programs that also provide additional support, including academic and language support (if appropriate), support services, career navigation, and job search assistance. This extra support increases academic preparedness, workplace competencies, and student success.
