• High School Senior Registration Night


  • Ready to become an MHCC Saint?

    Join us for High School Senior Registration Night on Wednesday, May 18th, where attendees will get special access to PRIORITY REGISTRATION, which means you'll get to sign up for summer or fall term classes before any other brand new MHCC student just by signing up & attending!

    In an effort to bring this event to you, or at least make it more accessible, we'll be holding a variety of one-hour sessions at four different locations. When you register for the event, you will need to select one of the options listed below (please note each session is limited to 25 attendees):

    1. MHCC Gresham Campus, 26000 SE Stark St., Gresham, OR 97030:
      4 - 5 p.m. & 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
    2. MHCC Maywood Park Campus, 10100 NE Prescott St, Portland, OR 97220:
      4:30 - 5:30 p.m. & 6 - 7 p.m.
    3. Centennial High School, 3505 SE 182nd Ave, Gresham, OR 97030:
      3 - 4 p.m. & 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. (Reserved for CHS students)
    4. Sandy High School, 37400 Bell St, Sandy, OR 97055:
      4:30 - 5:30 p.m. & 6 - 7 p.m.

    Each session will include:

    • A 30-minute Registration/Advising Workshop led by an MHCC Academic Adviser that'll highlight WHAT, WHY, and HOW to plan out your first-term of classes at MHCC that are a fit to your interests, availability, affordability, and College Placement Test scores or incoming college-level credits.
    • Over-the-shoulder assistance from MHCC staff and faculty in using MHCC's online system, MyMHCC, to register for summer and/or fall '16 classes.
    • Good-to-know tips on support service services and navigating the College's MyMHCC and online resources.
    • A chance to win $200 bookstore vouchers for textbooks and/or MHCC swag to show off your MHCC pride.

    Please remember to bring with you:

    • MHCC ID number
    • College Placement Test scores**
    • Transcripts or score reports for any prior college credits earned

    **NOTE: You must take the College Placement Test before attending this event. For information on how and when to take the CPT, please visit mhcc.edu/cpt
