Consulting architects and engineers are occasionally selected for required services which cannot be performed within a reasonable time using the MHCC work force, or special skills are required, or an impartial opinion or evaluation is necessary or appropriate.

For the procurement of architectural, engineering, land surveying and related services the College will follow Oregon Revised Statutes, Chapter 279C and the State of Oregon’s Attorney General Model Public Contract Rules Manual.
