All regular College employees must be evaluated at least annually or as outlined in collective bargaining agreements and handbooks. Procedures for evaluations are documented in collective bargaining agreements and handbooks, or on file in the Office of Human Resources. Human Resources is responsible to track and report completion dates to president’s cabinet and file performance evaluations.
Part-time faculty will be evaluated as outlined in the collective bargaining agreement and the “part-time faculty evaluation procedures and guidelines.”
Part-time hourly employees may be evaluated at the discretion of the manager.
