A: Name changes for students who have never applied for Financial aid are processed by the Admissions, Registration and Records office. A valid government issued
photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, military
identification card, etc.) showing your new name is required. If you have ever applied for Financial Aid and regardless of receiving aid, you will need to submit your documentation to the
Financial Aid office along
with a signed copy of your social security card displaying the new name.
