Student Clubs and Organizations

Are you looking to meet new people, develop leadership skills, and gain practical experience? Join a student club to connect with your peers about your studies and interests. Whether you're passionate about political activism, dance, animal rights, or outdoor sports, there is a place for everyone at MHCC.

Join a Club

Joining a club is easy. Get in touch via email with the club you’re interested in joining. Club representatives meet every week. You can join them to learn more every other Monday from noon - 1 p.m. during fall, winter, and spring terms in the council chambers located in the student union, Room AC1052.

The purpose of the Mental Health Club is to provide a safe place for discussing subject matter surrounding mental health awareness and wellness with cultural sensitivity and inclusion. While we are gathering to have conversations and events supporting positive psychology and cultural diversity, this is not a mental health support or therapy group. We will be holding open-forum meetings with the intention of conversing on specific topics each week.
Mental Health Club meets every other Monday from 12:00pm - 1:00pm in the Multicultural & Diversity Resource Center, Room AC1050, in the Student Union, with the exception of special events and holidays. The first meeting for Spring Term is scheduled for April 15.
