The CPCC has contracted with StandOut to provide students the ability to use their asynchronous online video interview practice tool. The program has some general interview practice sessions already set up, but the CPCC can also set up specific questions for your class and give instructors access to review the interviews for class assignments. The CPCC has a new job board and career management tool through College Central Network. Starting in the Fall 2018 term, all currently enrolled students will be automatically uploaded and invited to create an account. They can also create an account using their Saints email. Students can use this program to search for job / internship opportunities as well as upload their resume, view career documents and listen to career podcasts.

Please encourage students to take advantage of the Career Planning & Counseling Center's extensive services early in their academic careers to best prepare them for after they graduate. The CPCC offers unlimited help on resume reviews, interview practice, job searching, networking and career/major exploration. Additionally, students can use our services for their personal counseling needs. Refer them to AC 1152 or have them call 503-491-7432 to make an appointment. If you have a student of concern, please complete a confidential Care Report Form.
