This invitational festival is open to high school concert bands from Oregon and Washington. All ensembles receive constructive feedback from adjudicators and may elect to perform for comments only or ratings using the OBDA rubrics. The unique aspect of this festival is that each each band has the opportunity to choose between a 30-minute clinic following their performance, or sight reading as it is done at their League and State Championships.
