    If you are a veteran, member of the Reserves or National Guard and plan to take classes, you may be eligible for educational benefits through the Department of Veterans' Affairs or Oregon Department of Veteran Affairs. Benefits may also be available to eligible spouses and/or children of veterans.

    Accessible Education Services coordinates all auxiliary aids and services for persons with disabilities at Mt. Hood Community College. These services may include interpreters for deaf students, note taking assistance, readers, taping of textbooks, lab modification, etc.

    The mission of the TRIO College First project is to identify eligible youth with the potential for postsecondary education and encourage them to complete high school and enroll in the college or university of their choice.
    TRiO Student Support Services
    TRiO Student Support Services
    TRIO Student Support Services is a federally funded grant program that has been serving students at MHCC since Fall 2001. The goal of SSS is to increase the college retention and graduation rates of its participants and facilitate the process of transition from one level of higher education to the next. It is designed to provide academic and ancillary support to low-income students, first generation college students, and students with disabilities.
