    • VPN Access: Contact your manager about your need. Your manager will then contact the service desk to request VPN access for you. Once approved, the service desk will contact you with information on how to get setup.

    • Faculty and staff who want to access the VPN using a personal device: Submit a service desk ticket or call 503-491-7448.
    • College-issued Technology (tablets, microphones, etc.): Contact your manager. Managers will need to seek approval from the appropriate division head (Jennifer DeMent, John Hamblin, Al McQuarters or Al Sigala).
    • Requests to bring college-issued technology home: Check with your manager.
