  • Alex Brown begins his second year as the head coach of the Saints. Prior to coming to Mt. Hood, Coach Brown served as the lead assistant coach Warner Pacific University and has been mentored by some of the finest coaches in the profession. Coach Brown will continue to instill a culture of excellence built on the core values of strong academics, outstanding citizenship, excellent basketball.

  • Johnson Leads Saints in Post-Season Awards

    Marley Johnson was named to the Southern Region 2nd Team for her outstanding performance this past season.  The Saints were one game out of fifth place in the impressive southern region and more than doubled their win total from last season.  Johnson tied the school record for three-point baskets made in a single game against Gray's Harbor and finished the season with a 14.1 points per game average and 5.5 rebounds per game.  Johnson will now turn her time to the Saint Softball team where she was a key member of the Saints Championship team earning All-Tournament honors last season.

    Journie Conard, McKenzie Kosmicki and Kilee Hoylman were given Southern Region Honorable Mention honors for their outstanding performances.  Conard also tied the school records for the most three-point baskets in a single game with eight.

    Kosmicki who tied the single game scoring record for the Saints this past season will be returning next year and will also be returning to the softball team this spring where she earned Southern Region 2nd Team honors and was named to the NWAC Championship All- Tournament Team. Sydney Knutson will also be returning next season after earning Southern Region All-Freshman honors and All-Defensive honors as well.  Along with Kosmicki and Knutson returning  will be Makayla Patterson, Breana Lewis, and Kendra Kosmicki setting up for a great season for the Saints!
