Veteran Services

  • Serving those that served us, the Mt. Hood Community College Veteran Services Office aims to help veterans of military service, those who still actively serve and their family members in reaching their educational goals.

If you are unsure of whether college is right for you, which degree you should pursue, if you qualify for any VA Educational Benefits or just need help getting started, our office is here to help.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

    • VA Educational Benefit counseling.
    • Certification of enrollment.
    • Advocacy on campus.
    • Academic advising.
    • Financial aid assistance.
    • Providing on- and off-campus resources.
    • Veterans textbook library.
    • Access to VA work-study positions.

Please feel free to contact us, stop by our office or visit our Veterans Resource Center.
