AR 7370: Political Activity

No restriction shall be placed on the political activities of any employee of Mt. Hood Community College except to the extent prohibited by state law when on the job during working hours.

No college funds, services, supplies, or equipment may be used to urge the support or defeat of any ballot measure, election petition, candidate, or political committee, including but not limited to any candidate for election to the Board of Education. In addition, no public official (including elected officials) may require an employee to engage in political activities at any time.
