Tutoring - AVID Learning Success Center

The AVID Learning Success Center provides drop-in tutoring on campus as well as online tutoring options you can sign up for. We’re here to support you in your academic success.

In-person tutoring service

MHCC offers in-person tutoring services to all students at no cost. You can access in-person tutoring services at the Gresham Campus for summer term Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Online tutoring services

If you can’t make it to campus and need to schedule an online appointment, MHCC offers our own online tutoring services to all students as well. Contact us by email or phone, or book an appointment to get started. Most MHCC online tutoring services are available Monday through Thursday, 9 p.m. - 5 p.m. for summer. Writing Tutoring offers tutoring support Monday through Saturday morning.

If you need to meet with a tutor outside our summer hours, you can choose eTutoring, where online tutors throughout the US are available seven days a week, extending into the evening.
