Career Fairs

Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) career fairs are open to all students, alumni, and community members. Career fairs are a great way to explore different career options and possibilities. Attending a career fair provides an excellent opportunity for those who are seeking part-time, seasonal, internship/cooperative education, or full-time positions. They're also great for networking with employers. Please dress professionally and bring copies of your resume.

Career Fair Employer Policies

The MHCC Career Planning and Counseling Center provides employers with multiple opportunities to connect with students and graduates.

The policies outlined in this document pertain to employer recruitment activity at the career fair. We invite organizations to register provided they meet the following basic criteria:

  2. The organization must accurately describe the responsibilities and requirements for the opportunities it offers
  3. All conditions for advertised positions must be publicized in the position description. This includes but is not limited to, positions that are commission-based, involve out-of-pocket financial expenses, test taking, etc.
  4. Employer organizations are expected to be familiar with and honor the National Association of Colleges and Employers Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals.
