Pay Your Bill

We send billing notices to the email address we have on file for you.  You can view your bill, make payments, and start a payment plan online through your MyMHCC portal.

Your bill is due on the first day of the term, even if your class starts later in the term. If you register after the first day of the term, payment is due immediately.

If you have financial aid and have completed all required steps, your aid will be applied to your balance when it disburses on the second Wednesday of each term. The full tuition and fee balance will show on your account until aid posts. Any balance remaining after financial aid disburses will be your responsibility to pay.

  • Summer term starts June 26
  • Fall term starts September 25
  • Winter term starts January 8
  • Spring term starts April 1

If you don’t pay your bill, a $20 late fee is added to your account every 30 days from the start of the term at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days past due. Total late fees will be $60 if the balance is left unpaid by the last day of the term and your account balance may be sent to collections.

Ways To Pay


  • Pay with a credit card, debit card, or e-check.
  • Pay online through your MyMHCC portal. Under “Frequently Used Links,” click “Pay/View my Bill.”

By Mail

  • Pay with a check or money order.
  • You must include your MHCC student ID number on the memo line of the check.

In Person

  • Pay with cash, credit card, debit card, check, or money order.
  • Pay at the cashier window in the student services hub at the Gresham Campus in building 12, Room AC2253. No appointment is needed!

Authorized Payers

If your parent or other person is paying your bill, you can invite them to be an authorized payer by following the steps below:

  • Log into MyMHCC and click on “Pay/View My Bill”
  • Click on “Web Financial Services”
  • Click on “My Account”
  • Select “Send a Payer Invitation”

You must complete the steps above to invite an authorized payer first. Parents or other authorized payers will receive log in data at the email address you send the invite to. They can then use their own log-ins to make a payment for you online.

Additional Payment Information

A $20 returned check charge is assessed on any returned check used in payment of your bill, whether written by you or another payer on your account. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Student Payment Plan Dates

Enroll in the student installment payment plan through web financial services.

Spring 2024 Student Payment Plan

Enroll and make the first payment on or before April 12, 2024
Second Payment is due April 26, 2024
Final Payment is due May 13, 2024
